Curriculum
Our curriculum has been carefully considered to ensure broad and balanced opportunities for all children to develop and learn. As a staff, we worked together to design a programme that promotes high levels of challenge and achievement and ensures pupils are well prepared for each key stage, including secondary education, and for adult life in modern Britain. As a school that serves a richly diverse community, we take our responsibility to promote community cohesion, generate a respect for difference and individual rights seriously. Through our Values and Ethos, Allen Edwards ensures that British Values flow throughout the school, in all that we believe and do as a community school. We ensure that our pupils develop and demonstrate skills and attitudes that will allow them to participate fully in and contribute positively to life in our community, in modern Britain and in the world around them.
The government will not publish KS2 school-level data for the 2021 to 2022 academic year. They have archived data from the 2018 to 2019 academic year because they recognise that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance.
