Effectiveness of Leadership & Management

As leaders of the school we want to ensure every child reaches their potential. We want to use the views of all pupils to make the right changes needed for all pupils to continue to achieve and make excellent progress.

Quality of Teaching, Learning and Assessment

To make sure that in all lessons all pupils’ needs are looked at and provided for carefully through quality teaching and use of additional adults or resources.

Priority 3

To make sure that all of our children enjoy and show an interest in reading through exciting reading lessons and activities at school and through positive reading experiences at home.

Personal Development, Behaviour & Welfare

Priority 4

To reduce the number of families whose attendance is below 90%.

To introduce a new PSHE curriculum which will focus more on developing pupils emotional literacy skills and demonstrate a whole school approach to how we teach British Values

Early Years Foundation Stage

Priority 5

To ensure that the learning outdoors improves pupil skills in communication and gives lots of opportunities for pupils to practice reading, writing and maths through outdoor play.
